Hammersmith House Extension in West London

Located in one of Hammersmith's most sought-after residential areas, this project transformed two separate flats into a spacious contemporary family home through a rear extension and a complete refurbishment within a conservation area. Every aspect of the design was carefully developed to meet conservation area requirements, including the replacement of the roof and windows.

The works involved the complete reconstruction of the internal layout, with all structural walls, partitions, and floor structures removed and rebuilt. Extensive basement excavation was also undertaken to increase headroom and create additional high-quality living space.
