Villa in France

This project focuses on improving the functionality, comfort, and flow of a private villa in France while respecting the character of this new build villa in France.

On the first floor, the internal layout is being reconfigured to provide one or two additional shower rooms or bathrooms with WC facilities, addressing the current limitation of a single bathroom serving three bedrooms. Wherever possible, new bathrooms will incorporate windows to introduce natural light and ventilation.

On the ground floor, a series of layout options will be developed for the kitchen and living areas, with particular attention to circulation, spatial connection, and everyday usability.

The project also includes the development of interior reference imagery and a curated mood board to define the overall design direction, material palette, and atmosphere of the renovated villa.
